Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil extends support to affected families

Srinagar, Dec 10: Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, on behalf of its Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the devastating fire incident at Tabardar Mohalla Gousia Colony, Khanyar Srinagar, a press release said.

The fire resulted in the complete destruction of  a mosque, residential houses and the loss of all properties.

Darul Khair extended its profound sympathy and solidarity to the affected families. The organisation emphasised the urgent need for comprehensive assistance and immediate rehabilitation to support those who have suffered in this tragic incident.

Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to community welfare, a delegation from Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, led by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon, visited the affected area. The delegation provided essential relief materials, including rice, flour, blankets, kitchen kits, and other necessities, to the distressed families while conveying their solidarity and support.

Reiterating its mission, Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil underscored that since its inception, the organization has consistently offered financial and material aid to individuals in need during calamities, without discrimination of caste, creed, or religion. The organisation remains steadfast in its efforts to rehabilitate victims and extend every possible assistance to the community during difficult times, the press release added.
