Srinagar, Jan 11: The Cyber Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Police in Kulgam has successfully recovered `13,69,377 from multiple online financial fraud cases, protecting victims who were targeted through fake investment schemes.

Police in a statement said that the scammers had lured victims with promises of high returns, encouraging them to make additional deposits into fraudulent investment platforms. After receiving multiple complaints, the Cyber Police Kulgam swiftly gathered evidence and employed advanced cyber tracking methods to freeze the suspicious transactions.
