CUK's DMS holds placement drive

Ganderbal, Jan 10: The Department of Management Studies (DMS), Central University of Kashmir (CUK) organised the first phase of a placement drive in collaboration with GCMMF (Amul) at varsity’s Green Campus here Friday.

The recruitment process, aimed at hiring for the position of Territory Sales Incharge, saw enthusiastic participation from 18 students.

The selection process commenced with a written test, led by Zahid Gul, Branch Manager, GCMMF Ltd, Srinagar. The role of Territory Sales Incharge offers an attractive annual CTC of Rs 6.00 lakhs. The students received a detailed briefing from Amul officials before the written assessment to familiarize them with the expectations and requirements of the role. The second phase of the recruitment, comprising personal interviews, is scheduled for the last week of January 2025. The placement drive was coordinated by Dr. Zia Ul Haq, Associate Professor, and Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, Associate Professor and Chief Placement Officer, CUK.
