CUK, VIT-Pune organise workshop on ‘mathematical modelling’

Ganderbal, Jun 10: Department of Mathematics, School of Physical and Chemical Sciences, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), and VIT, Pune, jointly organised a two-day national level online workshop on “Empowering Research Innovations through Mathematical Modelling” from June-9-10. The workshop received a huge response with more than 800 registrations from Indian academia.

The workshop’s objective was to inculcate the importance of “Mathematical Modelling” for research and innovations among faculty members, researchers, students and the stakeholders concerned.

In his inaugural address, Vice-Chancellor, Prof A Ravinder Nath, highlighted that the CUKashmir has been implementing NEP-2020 in more pragmatic and innovative ways.
