Court reserves order on Er Rashid's case

Srinagar, Nov 25: A court in Delhi has reserved its order regarding the case involving MP and AIP chief Sheikh Rashid or Engineer Rashid.

As per reports, the court will decide whether Er Rashid's case would continue in the present court or shall be transferred to the MP or MLA court.

Rashid was arrested in a case alleging his involvement in terror-funding. Rashid was released during the J-K assembly elections, where he saw his bail period being extended. However, Rashid saw himself walking to Delhi's Tihar jail back after his bail ended on October 28 this year.
