Corps commander reviews situation in Rajouri

Rajouri, Jan 9: General Officer in Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps, Lt Gen Naveen Sachdeva was on Thursday briefed about current security modalities as well as operational preparedness during his visit of forward Line of Control (LoC) locations in Nowshera as well as Rajouri areas.

GOC White Knight Corps was on day long visit of this border district in order to take a security review.  He was accompanied by General Officer in Commanding (GOC) Ace of Spades Division, Maj Gen Kaushik Mukherjee. The GOC White Knight Corps visited the forward LoC locations in Rajouri as well as Nowshera areas.

The visit, army said, was aimed to review the prevalent security situation and was briefed on the current modalities and operational preparedness.

Senior army commanders as well as commanding officers were present during the visit. The Corps Commander, army further said, complimented the formation and exhorted all ranks to maintain high morale and professionalism for future challenges.
