Corps commander reviews security situation in Rajouri, Poonch LoC
Rajouri, Jan 3: To take first hand review of prevailing security situation as well as operational preparedness of troops, General Officer Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps, Lt Gen Naveen Sachdeva today visited forward posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri and Poonch districts.
The latest visit by the White Knight Corps Commander has come at a time when fresh snowfall has occured at the upper reaches in twin district.
Lt Gen Naveen Sachdeva was accompanied by General Officer in Commanding Ace of Spades Division, Maj Gen Kaushik Mukherjee.
Army said that during the visit of forward locations in Rajouri and Poonch, GOC White Knight Corps lauded the troops for their commitment to peace and also urged for vigilance.
Alongside it, the GOC White Knight Corps also engaged with trainee IAS officers on national security, governance, and civil-military synergy for a stronger India.
