Cop shot at in Srinagar locality, hospitalised
Srinagar, Oct 29: Terrorists fired upon a cop in Eidgah locality of Srinagar, Kashmir’s largest city, on Sunday, police said.
A police official said that terrorists fired upon Inspector Masroor Ahmad near Eidgah Srinagar, leaving him injured.
He was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

As per preliminary investigation, pistol was used in the commission of the crime, said the official.
He said they have launched a cordon and search operation in the area to nab the attackers.
