Soon after the meeting, the senior Abdullah told reporters that the party had finalised an alliance on all 90 seats for the upcoming assembly polls.

“We will again sit together and bring the rest of the seats in the alliance framework,” Omar said.

On whether the party would support CPI (M) from the Kulgam constituency, he said that it had yet to be decided.

“When the last list will be prepared and our president Farooq Sahab will approve it, everything will be before you. I can’t give the details of every single seat,” Omar said.

The NC vice president said that he expected a huge victory from Noorabad area.

“We have started on a very good note and it is said that well begun is half done,” he said.

Omar said that this good beginning would also have a positive impact on other assembly segments.
