Congress president Kharge’s ‘distasteful speech shows their fear, hate for PM Modi’, says Amit Shah
Srinagar, Sept 30: Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah Monday said, the Congress President Mallikarjun Karge "has outperformer himself, his leaders, and his party in being absolutely distasteful and disgraceful in his speech."
Shah was reacting to Kharge's Sunday speech in Jammu where after he was taken ill but resumed his speech, saying he won't die before Prime Minister Narendra Modi is removed from power.
Taking to his official X-handle, Shah termed Kharge's speech a "bitter display of spite."
"He unnecessarily dragged PM Modi into his personal health matters by saying that he would die only after removing PM Modi from power," Shah wrote.
It shows how much hate and fear the Congress has of PM Modi, he wrote.
"As for the health of Mr. Kharge Ji, Modi Ji prays, I pray, and we all pray that he lives a long, healthy life. May he continue to live for many years and may he live to see the creation of a Viksit Bharat by 2047," Shah concluded his post.
