Congress leaders leave for Delhi

Jammu, Jul 21: JKPCC leaders have left for New Delhi in connection with their campaign for the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.

They include JKPCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra and other senior leaders G A Mir ,Raman Bhalla, Shah Nawaz Chaudhary, and Ravinder Sharma,

According to a press release, they were given a reception at Lakhanpur this evening by large number of Congress leaders and workers led by Lal Singh.

Later they moved to Madhopur where the leaders of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee received them and fully supported their demand.
