Conduct thorough probe : APSCC
Srinagar, Apr 23: All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) Chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina has said that agencies should carry out a thorough probe in the Baisaran-Pahalgam incident so that the perpetrators are booked under law followed by stern action.
In a statement , he said the probe should be time bound and there is no laxity in this regard. "There are some similarities between the two massacres. At the time of Chattisinghpora genocide then US President Bill Clinton was on a visit to India. This time around the incumbent Vice President of US J D Vance is on a visit to this country," said Raina.
The APSCC Chairman said in both the massacres the males were segregated from the females and then they were fired upon. He termed both the incidents as genocides and said both point out to target killings.
