“Clean air isn’t just a goal — it’s a necessity,” Dr. Owais said, adding “We have a shared responsibility to ensure our citizens breathe air that is safe and healthy. This requires teamwork, urgency, and smarter ways of working.” Dr. Owais urged departments to accelerate current projects, improve coordination, and cut down red tape. Emphasising the importance of openness and accountability, he called on officials to make the process smoother and more transparent for everyone involved.
