Srinagar, Oct 23: For the first time after being crowned as the maiden Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah on Wednesday landed in New Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
Quoting sources, news agency KNO reported that CM Omar would meet HM Shah this evening, and PM Modi tomorrow.

He is likely to submit the resolution seeking restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir passed by his cabinet earlier.
Following this, J&K's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha authorised to take up the matter with the central government.
