Clear stranded vehicles, allow HMVs via Mughal Road: Inam Un Nabi

Srinagar, Sep 1: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi has expressed deep concern over the grave crisis faced by Kashmir’s horticulture sector as the continuous closure of the Srinagar–Jammu National Highway has left over 1,000 fruit-laden trucks stranded, causing massive financial losses to growers.

Calling the horticulture sector the “backbone of Kashmir’s economy,” Inam Un Nabi urged authorities to immediately clear the stranded vehicles and as a contingency, allow heavy trucks to ply on Mughal Road till the highway is restored.
