Classwork to remain suspended at BGSBU today

Rajouri, Oct 6: In view of the advisory issued by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicting heavy rainfall across several parts of the Jammu Division, the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) administration has announced that classwork will remain suspended on Tuesday also.

Earlier, on Monday, classwork at the university remained suspended due to rainfall.

University officials said, “The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff amid the forecast of inclement weather.”

Students and university employees have been advised to stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel until weather conditions improve.
