CJ assigns pending bail pleas to benches at Jammu wing

Srinagar, Oct 20: Chief Justice of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh has assigned bail applications up to the year 2022 pending disposal before the Jammu wing of the Court to various benches for speedy disposal of these pleas.

According to an order issued by Registrar General, the benches to hear these bail pleas will be presided over by Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Justice Rajnesh Oswal, Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul, Justice Sanjay Dhar , Justice Puneet Gupta , Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, Justice Mohd Akram Chowdhary, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal, Justice Rajesh Sekhri, Justice Mohd YousufWani .

The assigned matters, the order says, shall be heard by the benches through physical or virtual mode, as per the place of availability of sitting of Benches, irrespective of change of roster.
