CJ allocates administrative districts, tribunals among High Court judges

According to an order issued by the Registrar General, the order on allocation has been issued in supersession of all previous related orders

Srinagar, Mar 26: Chief Justice (CJ) Tashi Rabstan Wednesday allocated administrative districts, tribunals, and authorities in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh among the High Court judges.

According to an order issued by the Registrar General, the order on allocation has been issued in supersession of all previous related orders.

Justice Sanjeev Kumar has been allocated district Srinagar, MACT Srinagar, Special Tribunal, Srinagar, and One Man Forest Authority and district Budgam.

Justice Sindhu Sharma has been allocated Jammu district, MACT Jammu, Special Tribunal Jammu, Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal, Sales Tax Appellate Authority, and district Leh.

Justice Rajnesh Oswal has been allocated Anantnag and Kathua districts, Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul has been allocated Baramulla and Samba districts, Justice Sanjay Dhar has been allocated Rajouri and Pulwama districts, Justice Puneet Gupta Ramban district, Justice Javed Iqbal Wani Poonch and Kulgam districts, Justice Muhammad Akram Chowdhary Udhampur and Shopian districts, Justice Rahul Bharti Doda and Ganderbal districts, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi Kupwara and Reasi districts, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal Bandipora district, Justice Rajesh Sekhri Kishtwar district, and Justice Muhammad Yousuf Wani Kargil district.

The order would come into effect from March 26.
