He said the Congress party should withdraw this statement from its manifesto and publicly apologize to the country. “The people of the country should take Sam Pitroda's statement seriously,” he said.

“Today Sam Pitroda's statement has made the objective of Congress clear before the country. What does the mention of 'Economic Survey' in the Congress manifesto actually point to? Is Congress keeping an eye on the capital accumulated in our country keeping in mind the time of crisis in the family inheritance, will they forcibly take away 55 per cent of the capital? Trying to put it in the government treasury! Is it not audacity for the Congress party to cast a dark and cruel eye on the savings of the country's daughters?,” Chugh added.

The old statement of former Prime Minister and Congress leader Manmohan Singh, which is the legacy of the Congress, says that Muslims and minorities have the first right on the country's resources.

In his address, Chugh alleged the Congress party is engaged in polarization. “Votes are never sought on the basis of religion. Religious leaders are asking people for 100% voting. Does the Congress party want to seek votes on the basis of caste and religion?,” he said.

He added the Congress party is trying to divide people in the country on the basis of caste and religion.
