Staff and volunteers of CTF facilitated the sessions, ensuring that each child felt supported and included, said a press release.

Speaking on the occasion, Founder President of CTF, Arjumand Makhdoomi, said: “International Day of Persons with Disabilities reminds us that inclusion is not an act of charity – it is a responsibility. At CTF, we work every day to ensure that every child – regardless of their abilities - receives dignity, opportunity, and a space to grow with confidence.” He further emphasised the importance of community support and increased awareness to build a more inclusive society for persons with disabilities. The event concluded with staff reflections and an appreciation note, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening services for children with disabilities in J&K.
