CB submits challan against 17 accused in criminal breach of trust, misappropriation of money cases

Jammu, Jan 5: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Crime Branch Jammu, Benam Tosh Sunday stated that the Crime Branch (CB) submitted challans against seventeen accused including three bank officers for criminal breach of trust, misappropriation of huge money, frauds and forgery.

“Crime Branch completed investigation and proved offence of criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of big amount against main accused i.e., the then Branch Manager Citizens Co-operative Bank Vijaypur, Rajiv Bali of Jammu, two more Managers of the same Bank and resubmitted challan against them as per court directions,” SSP, Crime Branch, Jammu said.
