Cattle shed gutted at Manjakote village in Rajouri

Rajouri, Dec 12: Eight domesticated animals were charred to death as a cattle shed was gutted in a fire mishap at Kotli village of Manjakote in Rajouri.

The incident occurred last night. Reports said the cattle shed of Parvaiz Ahmed son of Haji Mohammad Yousuf caught fire. In the incident, locals said, the cattle shed was reduced to ashes while eight domesticated animals died causing loss of several lakh rupees to the family.

People of the area have appealed government to provide necessary financial aid to the affected family.
