Casualties feared as vehicle falls into gorge in Daksum Anantnag

Srinagar, July 27: At least 6 to 7 people are feared dead after a vehicle they were travelling in, skidded off road and fell into a gorge in Daksum area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag.

Officials said a sumo bearing registration number JK03H-9017 met with an accident near Aarshun Hut, some 20 km’s away from Daksum.

They said six to seven people travelling in the vehicle are feared dead.

The officials said that teams have been rushed to the spot, and details about the incident will be shared afterwards.
