Caddies Golf tournament held at Pahalgam

Pahalgam, Oct 23: The Ladder Valley Golf Course in Pahalgam witnessed an exciting event as Royal Spring Golf Course caddies participated in their second-ever Caddies Golf Tournament, sponsored and organized by Kashmir's leading French bakery, Black Bear Brew.

The tournament, a celebration of the golfing talent among caddies, was met with enthusiasm and gratitude by the participants.

The event was made possible through the efforts of Rubina Rafiquee and Farooq Ahmed Rafiquee, whose encouragement and support have been pivotal in creating opportunities for the caddies to showcase their skills. The tournament, held in the picturesque setting of Ladder Valley, offered the caddies a chance to compete and hone their talent, an opportunity they seldom receive.

“We are extremely thankful to Rubina Rafiquee and Farooq Rafiquee for organizing this tournament. Their encouragement has given us the confidence to play and participate in events like these,” said one of the caddies from Royal Spring Golf Course.

This was the second time the caddies’ tournament was organized, and participants are hopeful for more such events in the future. “We look forward to more opportunities like this that allow us to grow and enjoy the game of golf,” added another participant.
