Buses flagged off for specially-abled persons

Srinagar, Sep 21: In a gesture for individuals with special needs, Khwaja Farooq Renzushah, Chairman of Kashmir Society International, flagged off several buses to transport specially challenged persons to Reshi Sahib in Tangmarg and Gulmarg.

This initiative is part of a dedicated program aimed at enhancing the mobility and experiences of individuals with disabilities in the valley, said a press release.

Joining Renzushah for this event was Nighat Jee, a distinguished Staff Officer in the I.G. Armed Forces and a veteran scout and self-defense expert. The program was organised by the Care Foundation, under the leadership of Mahjabeen Aali Kadli, showcasing a collective commitment to supporting and uplifting the community of specially challenged individuals in the region.
