Burglars make abortive bid to steal cash from SBI ATM in Shopian

Srinagar, April 09: Burglars made an unsuccessful bid last night to loot cash from the SBI ATM at Goal Chakri in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

According to a senior police official, burglars broke open the shutter of the ATM and made an unsuccessful attempt to steal cash. Following the incident, a police team rushed to the spot, and an investigation is currently underway.

Police have registered a case to apprehend the miscreants, while CCTV footage is also being examined as part of the investigation.
