Burglars loot plant nursery in Pulwama village

Pulwama, Feb 15: Burglars have looted a plant nursery in south Kashmir's Pulwama district and fled with plant material worth lakhs of rupees.

The incident occurred on Friday late night.

The burglars stormed Magray Fruit Plant Nursery in Renzipora, 9 kms away from Pulwama town, and fled with over 14,000 rootstock plants.

Sameer Ahamd Magray, the owner of nursery, told Greater Kashmir that they were shocked to find rootstock missing from their nursery.

"The stolen plants are worth more than Rs 14 lakh", Magray said.
