BSNL announces Independence Day FTTH discount

Srinagar, Aug 16: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), one of India’s leading telecom service providers, has rolled out a special Freedom Offer under its 1Gbps FTTH plan to mark the Independence Day celebrations. The promotional scheme, aimed at providing enhanced value and affordability, will remain valid for 30 days starting August 15.

Under this offer, new FTTH customers who enroll between August 15 and September 13 under the “Fibre Ruby OTT” plan with fixed monthly charges of Rs 4,799, will be eligible for a discount of Rs 1,000 per month for the first six months.

“The demand for high-speed internet is growing rapidly, and we are committed to providing our customers with best-in-class FTTH services at competitive prices,” said Arvind Pandey, PGM (BA) BSNL Srinagar. “This promotional plan is part of our continued efforts to deliver greater value and customer satisfaction.”

The scheme is targeted at boosting digital access and offering affordable high-speed connectivity to homes and businesses. Customers can subscribe to the new plan through the BSNL mobile app, customer care centres, channel partners, and registered telecom infrastructure providers (TIPs).

BSNL officials said the offer reflects the company’s broader push to expand its digital footprint and empower customers with faster, more reliable internet services.
