BRO kick starts Kheora Pulli construction works in Rajouri

Rajouri, Oct 11: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Rajouri, Iftkhar Ahmed Saturday symbolically kick-started the long-awaited reconstruction work of Kheora culvert, located on busy Gujjar Mandi to Kheora GMC road of Rajouri.

The culvert was presently in damaged condition and posing serious hardship for commuters crossing it.

On Saturday, Border Roads Organization (BRO) commenced the work on this culvert in the presence of MLA Rajouri Iftkhar Ahmed, senior officials and civil society members.

While addressing the gathering during the inauguration ceremony, MLA Iftkhar Ahmed directed the concerned executing agency, GREF, to expedite the construction and ensure that quality standards were strictly adhered to.

He emphasized that no compromise on quality would be tolerated and timelines must be maintained.
