Boom in Kashmir's garlic production

The production of garlic in Kashmir has received a boost with the introduction of superior Chinese-bred varieties and enhanced farming techniques. The region has already harvested 55,000 metric tons of garlic, surpassing previous years' totals, with projections indicating even higher yields before the season concludes.
