Blood donation camp organised in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Feb 26: Awaaz Aur Ehsaas Foundation, an NGO, on Monday organised a blood donation camp at Beehama in Ganderbal district.

The event saw an overwhelming response, with people particularly youth coming together to contribute towards the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donation. The blood donation camp was organised in collaboration with SMHS hospital Srinagar.

Chairman Awaaz Aur Ehsaas Foundation, Raja Parvaiz, said the event is aimed to spread awareness about the importance of blood donation and its life-saving impact.

He said a total of 60 units of blood were donated by individuals of all age groups, reflecting the enthusiasm and dedication of the participants. He said such blood donation camps will be organised in future as well.
