Jammu, Oct 9: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh today said that his party’s impressive performance in Haryana and J&K assembly polls is a success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision

Talking to media, he praised PM Modi’s leadership for securing a historic third consecutive victory in Haryana.

Chugh also commented on the election results in Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that the BJP has once again demonstrated its growing strength and appeal in the region. He noted that the BJP has increased its seat share to 32 percent in 2024, compared to 29 percent in 2014 and 13 percent in 2008, highlighting a steady rise in the party’s influence in J&K.

“This consistent rise in our seat share is proof of the trust and confidence that the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana have reposed in the Prime Minister’s vision for development, stability, and progress,” the senior BJP leader said.

Chugh added that BJP’s success is a result of the unwavering efforts of our dedicated party workers, the undisputed leadership of PM Narendra Modi, and “our commitment to inclusive growth in the region.” “We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the aspirations of every citizen in Jammu & Kashmir are met, and that the region continues on its path to peace and prosperity,” he said.

Chugh also highlighted the historic third consecutive victory in Haryana after securing 48 seats in the 90-member assembly and thanked the voters of Haryana for their continued support and clear mandate.

He condemned the Congress party’s usual theatrics of blaming the EVMs and the Election Commission after every election result, dismissing these claims as baseless and unrealistic.
