BJP stands for equality, justice to OBCs: Ashok Koul

Jammu, Nov 15: Senior BJP leader Ashok Koul today said that his party stands for quality and justice to other backward classes (OBCs).

According to a press note, he was addressing a party meeting here in which the issues of OBC community in Jammu and Kashmir were discussed in detail.

Ashok Koul gave a patient hearing to the district team and said that the BJP is of the view that this community has been discriminated against and ill treated for long and that the political parties in the past were never serious for the welfare and political empowerment. He said,” BJP has repeatedly stood for equality and justice to all the communities of the society. As far as OBCs, the BJP stands for socio-economic and political empowerment and the Narendra Modi government at the centre, is committed to deliver justice to this community at all levels.”
