BJP manifesto offers significant things: Javid Qureshi

Kupwara, Sep 07: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Kupwara Javid Qureshi Saturday said that his party's manifesto offers what regional parties couldn't offer in last seventy years to people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Qureshi passed on these remarks while talking to media representatives at his Handwara residence.

Javid Qureshi said that all the daily wagers including SPOs, home guard persons who have have been rendering their services on meager salary would be regularized without any further delay.

He said that BJP has already announced to construct a tunnel for Karnah people and that would certainly materialize after the formation of government.

He said that electricity would be rendered free to all people and those who have not cleared their electricity bills due to some reason shall be waived off.

"The amount of Golden Cards would be enhanced by two lakhs which will make it seven lakh for each beneficiary, while old age pension would be enhanced to Rs 3000 per month. PM Kisan financial scheme would be extended to Rs 10000 per year for every farmer. Earlier a farmer would get Rs 6000 every year," he said.

Qureshi said that his party underscores to boost tourism in border areas so that the people in these areas can earn their livelihood.
