Jammu, May 11: Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP alongwith Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organisation), today reviewed the situation in Jammu and Kashmir during a meeting here.

According to a press release, the role of BJP cadres was also discussed. Sat Sharma, while addressing the meeting, focused on the ever-ready and pro-active approach to be adopted by the BJP cadre as a whole. He said that the region along with all the border states of India has witnessed continuous irresponsible aggression by Pakistan. He said that after suffering severe blow in the retaliation by the Indian forces, Pakistan requested for a ceasefire but soon violated the trust factor.

Sat Sharma said that in wake of these recent activities, although the ceasefire is in effect, the party has decided to keep going with the preparations to assist the public and the administration in a pro-active mode. “Under the strong and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will vouch for the Peace, and work for its preponderance in the world, but never on the cost of its pride and lives of innocent citizens,” he said.

He gave a go ahead to the party cadre to help the needy, the displaced, those who are injured, the sick and all those who have suffered any type of damages in Pakistan’s misadventure.
