BJP Kashmir unit commemorates Accession Day

Srinagar, Oct 26: BJP Kashmir unit commemorated Accession Day with a ceremony at the Party Headquarters here today,

The event brought together party workers, senior leaders, and citizens to honor this significant day in the history of Jammu and Kashmir, a press release said.

BJP General Secretary (Org) Jammu and Kashmir, Ashok Koul, who attended the function, emphasised the importance of Accession Day as a reminder of the Union Territory’s commitment to unity and integrity within India. He highlighted the significance of Maharaja Hari Singh’s decision to accede to India in 1947 and underscored BJP’s dedication to preserving the cultural heritage and historical legacy of Jammu and Kashmir.
