BJP initiates election preparations on war footing: Tarun Chugh

Srinagar, 10 August: Tarun Chugh, BJP National General Secretary & J&K Prabhari, Ravinder Raina, President, J&K BJP, Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organization), Aseem Gupta, Vice President, J&K BJP & Convenor of Election Management Committee hold 1st meeting with the newly announced J&K BJP Assembly Election Management Committee at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

Tarun Chugh, while addressing the 2024 Assembly Election Management Committee meeting of J&K BJP, asked the party leaders entrusted with the different responsibilities, to prepare their roadmap to extreme working till the last day of elections. He asked the election management committee to work as the steerer of the whole election campaign. He asked them to plan for their responsibilities very minutely, saying that it is the dedication of the persons behind the curtains who turn the tables on election day.

“With the Assembly elections almost here, the BJP has initiated election preparations on war footing and whole party cadre must switch themselves to the election mode now”, said Tarun Chugh.

Ravinder Raina, earlier discussed the individual duties and roles of the election management committee heads in the election campaign. He also interacted with all the committee members during the meeting. He prompted the BJP Election Management Committee to reiterate its commitment to navigate the complexities of the electoral process while upholding principles of honesty and responsibility.

Ashok Koul, while stressing upon the importance of the election management committee asked them to review their allotted works and discuss them with the party seniors while scrutinizing every minute detail as early as possible. He also shared the details of all the forthcoming party programmes especially ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ and asked the party leaders to conduct them on the ground level with the involvement of the local masses.
Later, various committees also conducted their separate meetings to discuss their future course of action.
