BJP fully prepared for assembly polls: Ashok Koul

Srinagar, Aug 17: J&K BJP General Secretary (Org) Ashok Koul today said that his party is fully prepared for assembly polls and would form the next government in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a press note, he was addressing a party meeting here.”BJP is fully prepared to contest the upcoming elections across Jammu and Kashmir. We will form the next government in Jammu and Kashmir. The people of Jammu and Kashmir are fully satisfied with the work and vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji," Koul said.

The senior BJP leader emphasised the paramount importance of party leaders intensifying their outreach efforts and motivating the party's dedicated cadre. This strategic engagement is critical to strengthening the BJP's position and realizing its vision as it faces the challenges of the upcoming electoral battle, he added.

The press release added that the BJP convened the pivotal meeting to strategise for the assembly elections. “The meeting was presided over by BJP General Secretary (Org), Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, Ashok Koul. The gathering included key members of the BJP’s core group for the Assembly Elections 2024, comprising District Presidents, Vice President, Seh Prabhari, Sangathan Mantri, Spokesperson, and representatives from the Media, Social Media, and IT departments, Election Manifesto Committee 2024 and other senior leaders of the party,”it added.
