Bijbehara Accident | ITBP personnel in Mehbooba Mufti’s security detail injured

Anantnag, May 18:   An ITBP personnel in the former chief minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti’s security suffered injuries after a vehicle he was in met with an accident on Saturday evening.

The incident occurred in Uranhall, Bijbehara area of Anantnag district at around 6 pm.

An official said that the injured ITBP soldier was shifted to Sub District Hospital Bijbehara from where he was sent to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for further treatment.

According to an official, the accident did not hamper Mehbooba’s programme.
