Bihar known as centre of spirituality, education since ancient times: LG Sinha

Jammu, Mar 22: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said that since ancient times Bihar is known as the centre of spirituality and education.

He added that the state has made significant contribution to all aspects of vibrant art and culture of the country.

According to a press release, he was addressing Bihar Diwas celebration at Raj Bhawan here today. Senior officials, students and the residents of Bihar living in J&K UT were the special invitees on the occasion.

Lieutenant Governor extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Bihar on the auspicious day.

“I pay my homage to the great personalities of Bihar and rememb their valuable contribution to India’s freedom movement and the building of modern India,” he said.
