In his convocation address, Governor Arlekar congratulated the students, stating that degree holders must decide whether they want to become job creators or job seekers. “The process of learning in life does not end; today marks the beginning of new education and the achievement of new goals,” he said. He encouraged students to develop the ability to lead society and to seize opportunities. He emphasized that youth are the assets of the country and should contribute to nation-building activities. The nation can only develop when youth are focused, disciplined, and growth-oriented. He urged students to inculcate good values such as discipline, patriotism, sincerity, and devotion.

KK Yadav remarked that convocation is not merely an end but a new beginning for a challenging life.

“Students of today are the founders of tomorrow’s nation. We need to dismantle the barriers that limit student growth in their desired fields. Students should adopt a positive attitude, remain open to learning, be creative, and think about societal problems,” he added. He advised students to become good citizens and to work diligently to earn fame for themselves and their country. “Be proud of being Indian and having studied in India, as we excel in all fields,” he said.

Prof. Sandeep Kansal stated that Aryans is among those colleges doing an excellent job in the overall development of its students. He congratulated the management of Aryans, which started with just 100 students and one college, and now provides quality education to over 4,000 students across eight colleges, including Engineering, Law, Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Education. He advised graduates and postgraduates to register at their respective district employment exchange offices to be contacted for various job openings in their state and across the country.

Dr Anshu Kataria, while thanking the Governor, expressed pride that the Governor of Bihar had visited Aryans previously during the 10th Convocation when he was Governor of Himachal Pradesh. He congratulated the students and stated that it was a proud moment for Aryans to welcome these young talents for the progress of society.
