BHSS Rawalpora launches Fit India rally ahead of National Sports Day

Srinagar, Aug 22: In the run-up to the National Sports Day celebration on the 29th of August, BHSS Rawalpora on Friday kick-started a weeklong programme with a spirited Fit India rally aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle habits among students.

As per a statement issued, led by Principal Shafiq Ahmad and organised in coordination with local authorities, the rally featured enthusiastic participation from students carrying placards and raising fitness slogans through the neighborhood.

The rally was conducted in  well organised manner and in coordination with the local police station and other outside authorities.

The charter for the whole week for other sports activities has been framed to make the programme successful.

The initiative aimed to inspire young minds to embrace daily exercise and mindful living. The rally was flagged off from the school premises, widening through the local neighbourhood with enthusiastic chants and slogans.

During the student rally, students carried placards. The rally showcased unity, discipline, and a shared commitment to health. Students expressed excitement and pride in being part of a national movement.

The event fostered a sense of community and responsibility toward personal and collective well-being.
