Be alert, be active every day: Sat Sharma to BJP cadres

Akhnoor, May 6: J&K BJP President Sat Sharma today asked his party cadres in Akhnoor to be alert, active and for the nation every day.

According to a press release, he was addressing a party meeting here. Sat Sharma emphasised the importance of implementing organisational programmes at the grassroots level. He highlighted that a dedicated BJP activist remains active all 365 days of the year, fully committed to serving the nation and society.

Referring to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, which resulted in the death of 25 tourists and a local pony operator, Sharma described the current times as “disturbing.” He called upon BJP workers to remain vigilant and intensify their dedication in response to such challenges.

The BJP leader praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, stating that the Modi-led government has responded decisively to terrorism and remains committed to protecting citizens from both internal and external threats. He also urged party activists to actively participate in initiatives such as the Union government's mock drills, aimed at raising awareness without causing panic.
