Banihal resident found dead on Srinagar-Jammu highway

Srinagar, Aug 03: A resident of Banihal in Ramban district was found dead at the old toll post in Lower Munda on Srinagar-Jammu national highway, officials said today.

Quoting officials, news agency KNC reported that a male body was found at Lower Munda on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Yasir Hameed Beigh, son of Abdul Hameed Beigh of Zinhaal, Banihal.

Police have taken custody of the body and started proceedings to find out the cause of death.
