Rajouri, Nov 16: The fifth phase of the ambitious Back to Village (B2V5) programme, a transformative initiative aimed at comprehensive development culminated successfully in Rajouri district. Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal, embarked on a detailed tour of Muradpur-B Panchayat in the Rajouri block on the last day of the programme.
