Awareness drive on Viksit Bharat programme held

Awantipora, Dec 14: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) today organised a sensitisation drive aimed at educating the Student Council members about the “Viksit Bharat Mission.”

The drive sought to engage and inspire the youth towards active involvement in the country’s development initiatives and encourage the students to actively participate in the “Ideas for the Mission” initiative. The programme was organised by the Advisory Committee to Council of Students in collaboration with Dean Student.

Coordinated by Dr Peer Bilal, the programme focused on instilling a sense of responsibility and commitment among the student leaders. This encouraged the formulation and dissemination of innovative ideas and strategies that align with the mission’s goals, fostering a culture of proactive contribution to national development. The committee members facilitated an interactive session that inspired participants to envision their role in shaping the nation’s future.
