Authorities deny permission for July 13 assembly in Nowhatta

Srinagar, July 12: Srinagar Police on Saturday issued a public advisory stating that the District Administration Srinagar has denied permission to all applicants intending to proceed towards Khawaja Bazar, Nowhatta on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

In a post shared on X, Srinagar Police, as per news agency JKNS wrote, The District Administration Srinagar has denied permission to all applicants intending to proceed towards Khawaja Bazar, Nowhatta on 13th July 2025 (Sunday).

The general public is hereby advised to strictly comply with these instructions and refrain from violating the orders issued by district administration, it reads.

Any violation of these orders shall invite strict legal action under relevant provisions of law, reads the statement.
