Addressing a public gathering in Bihar, PM Modi vowed to pursue terrorists to the end of the Earth. "India would not rest until those responsible for the attack are brought to justice. India will identify, track, and punish every terrorist and their backers," he said.

He also said the attack was not just an assault to civilians, but a blow aimed at the spirit of the country. "This is an attack on the country's soul, not merely on unarmed tourists," he said.
