Asstt Director Health Services Jammu accorded farewell

Assistant Director Schemes Health Services Jammu Dr Sanjay Turki, on his superannuation, was accorded a warm send off by the staff of Directorate of Health Services Jammu.

Dr Sanjay Turki rendered 34 years of glorious service to the health department in various administrative capacities. His service was marked by many distinguished milestones including Samba district being the first district in the country to achieve 100 percent saturation in Ayushman Bharat in April 2022.

He worked with selfless devotion as District Health Officer Jammu; District Immunization Officer Jammu; Deputy Chief Medical Officer Jammu; Chief Medical Officer Jammu; State Malariologist Jammu; State TB Officer Jammu; Chief Medical Officer Samba; Assistant Director Schemes with additional Charge of Deputy Director Schemes Directorate of Health Services Jammu.

His tenure of 34 years was marked with administrative reforms at various levels.

To bid him farewell, a function was organized in the premises of the Directorate. The staff of Directorate of Health Services described Dr Turki as an honest, dedicated and meticulous officer.

They wished the retiring officer a healthy and happy post-retirement life and thanked him for his administrative guidance, support and cooperation.
