Assembly elections: BJP appoints Ram Madhav, G K Reddy as J&K poll incharges

Srinagar, Aug 20: The BJP has appointed senior leaders Ram Madhav and G. Kishan Reddy as election incharges for Jammu and Kashmir.

As per news agency KNC, this strategic move by the BJP comes as the party gears up for the upcoming assembly elections in the Union Territory.

Ram Madhav, who has previously played a key role in the party's affairs in J&K, will be working alongside G. Kishan Reddy oversee election preparations and strategies.

Their appointment reflects the BJP's focus on strengthening its presence and electoral prospects in the region, aiming to secure a victory in the upcoming elections.

Madhav is considered to be a key figure who managed to form govt with PDP in 2014 in J&K.—(KNC)
